Due to the global pandemic, your order may face delays upwards of 2 weeks as supply chains are understaffed and overworked.

Eventsupplies.ca is responsible for shipping your order for you unless you opt to pick your order up. Our products require care when loading for delivery and require care when unloading.

The term non-local shipping refers to any shipping address outside the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. 

• Our non-local shipping method is Freight Shipping or Ground Shipping which is done through various third-party shipping and courier companies.
• Delivery is limited to weekdays during working hours; Monday to Friday.
• We will take 2-5 business days to process your order and schedule shipping.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location in Canada. Please expect 2 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
• Delivery cannot be made to PO boxes, government buildings, or military bases.
• Residential surcharges may be charged to the client. Residential surcharges and forklift surcharges are not automatically applied when the destination shipping address is a residential address and you may be billed for them after you have paid for your order.
• Unloading is the responsibility of the customer, please plan accordingly. We ship products on one or more pallets. Please make arrangements to be able to unload pallets. Courier and Shipping Drivers are not obligated to assist you in unloading and a surcharge will apply if they do.
• Damages or extra charges incurred during delivery are not the responsibility of EL Supplies.For expedited delivery, please contact us at info@eventsupplies.ca before placing your order so we can obtain an expedited shipping quote for you as shipping will not be free
